What we collect

What you tell us. When you send a form, we receive your name, email, where the house is, and anything you choose to add: phone number, a note about the house, whether you have an architect, and a rough budget.

Phone calls. When you call a number shown on our site or in our ads, we receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the ad or page that showed you the number. Calls to these numbers are recorded for quality and follow-up; a message tells you so at the start of the call.

What your browser shares. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived, including advertising details such as a Google click ID and campaign tags in the link you followed.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule a conversation, and work with you on your project.
• To keep a record of your inquiry and our conversations.
• To measure which ads and pages lead to real conversations, and to improve them.
• To show our ads to people who have visited our site, on Google and its partners.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, under agreements that limit what they can do with it:

• Squarespace hosts this website.
• HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is where we keep inquiries, and provides our tracking phone numbers and call recordings.
• Zapier passes inquiry status between our systems and Google Ads.
• Google provides advertising and analytics (Google Ads and Google Analytics). To measure results, we may send Google a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number together with the ad click that brought you here.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

We do not sell personal information. Using Google advertising to reach past visitors may count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at any time; see section 06.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use cookies and similar tools from Google to count visits, see which pages and ads work, and show our ads to people who have been here before. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control Google’s ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details and call records for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for as long as needed for our records, warranties and legal obligations afterward. If we do not work together, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights, including in California

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, and who we have shared it with;
• give you a copy of it;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop sharing it for advertising.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email info@agcsf.com or call (415) 742-4900. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will respond within 45 days.

Children, security and changes

Our site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
