A full gut renovation reimagined this 1920s Nob Hill high-rise through a mid-century and Art Deco lens. The build demanded precise coordination to deliver custom stain-grade millwork throughout, a curvilinear foyer with bespoke curved doors, handcrafted Deco-inspired cabinetry, and an elongated, centrally located wine cellar. Fluted detailing, disciplined tolerances, and high-end finishes anchor the work; balancing historic reference with modern performance, all framed by iconic San Francisco views.
