When AGC was brought in to remodel this five-story San Francisco home, the timeline was tight and the scope ambitious. We assembled the full project team early recommending the architect and structural engineer, navigating permitting, and locking in a clear path forward. Permits were secured, and construction was underway by the first week of April.

What followed was a full-house transformation executed with careful sequencing, coordination across trades, and disciplined project management. Despite the complexity of working vertically across five levels, the home was delivered in time for the client to move back in before Christmas; proof that thoughtful planning and decisive execution can move even large-scale remodels efficiently from concept to completion.
