We took a developer’s white box on Folsom and rebuilt it into something far more ambitious. This project demanded construction moves rarely attempted in high-rise residences, driven by an owner with a deep appreciation for fashion, materiality, and emerging technology.

Every decision pushed beyond standard finishes from complex assemblies and integrated systems to custom elements that required careful coordination across trades and vendors. Nothing here was off-the-shelf. Bold color, layered textures, and stone surfaces were paired with advanced building systems to create a home that feels expressive, technical, and unapologetically personal.

What started as an empty shell became a fully realized residence in the sky crafted through deliberate construction choices and a willingness to build without shortcuts.
